1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using SpeedBoard, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.
2. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access SpeedBoard for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.
3. User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Submit false or fraudulent speedrun data
- Harass, abuse, or harm another person
- Use the service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the service
4. User Content
You retain ownership of your speedrun data. By submitting runs, you grant SpeedBoard a license to display and distribute that data on the platform. You warrant that your submissions are accurate and truthful.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
SpeedBoard is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
SpeedBoard shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
